TechShortsApp is evolving as a credibility-first learning-video platform. The product has reached version 2.4, while the deeper research continues to ask what behavioral signals actually mean when credibility, understanding, and truth remain latent. Through TechXEng, I am continuing the human-like robotic hand project. The finger is the first subsystem, and the current work is focused on SolidWorks assemblies, joint constraints, mechanical motion, and gradually moving toward actuation and control. I am also developing my personal portfolio and Niraj CMS as a versioned public knowledge system for preserving projects, research, frameworks, writing, books, media, timelines, and archived assumptions.

My current TechShortsApp research asks how behavioral signals should be interpreted across different learning domains. A replay, bookmark, long watch time, or early exit may not carry the same evidential meaning in engineering mathematics, software development, artificial intelligence, or robotics. The meaning of a signal may depend on the cognitive process that produced it. This research is gradually moving from engagement metrics toward a broader question: what can observable behavior tell us when the internal state we care about cannot be observed directly?

I am writing How Minds Update: A Journey from Experience to Internal Representation. The work began with a recurring question: how does experience become an internal update? I am approaching the question through philosophy of mind, neuroscience, psychology, artificial systems, learning, causality, and representation. It remains Version 0.1—a journey rather than a finished theory.

Reading is not primarily a learning task for me. I read because I am a reader; learning tends to emerge as a byproduct. I often read several books in parallel, usually giving one hour to each conversation. At the moment, the strongest intellectual presence is Leonardo da Vinci by Walter Isaacson. I am also in conversation with David Hume through An Enquiry Concerning Human Understanding and Herbert A. Simon through The Sciences of the Artificial.

Why do some thinkers remain present in the mind long after we read them? I have read technical books whose authors I cannot remember, yet thinkers such as James Allen, Daniel Kahneman, and Leonardo continue to appear inside later questions. Perhaps resonance is not simply remembering information. Some thinkers connect several unfinished parts of the mind at once—identity, values, curiosity, cognition, uncertainty, and the way reality is interpreted. Leonardo currently carries that kind of presence for me. He drew to understand; I build systems to understand. He searched for causes behind visible effects; I keep asking how intelligent systems learn, reason, update, and build when truth is not directly available.

I am continuing the Evidence of Learning short-form series. Six of the planned twenty videos have been published. The larger goal is to turn the framework into a long-form explanation about the illusion of learning and the difference between feeling informed and having evidence of understanding.
